In October 2023, the RMT team, piloted by our Creative Director Waldo Tejada, brought the inaugural DVoices NYC to life through branding, social media management, event promotion, and production. This annual event celebrates the achievements of Dominicans worldwide in fields like technology, business, arts, fashion, and politics while raising $70,000 for The DREAM Project to support education in the Dominican Republic. Our work included crafting a cohesive visual identity, executing engaging social media campaigns and promotions, delivering seamless event promotion, and sharing inspiring stories of success beyond traditional stereotypes.
